• Free 20-minute phone consultations are available by appointment.
• Learning Insights is an out-of-network provider. Clients are responsible for working directly with their insurance carrier to submit claims for reimbursement. Resources, such as the app Reimbursify and other private Health Insurance Advocates, are available to help with the reimbursement process. Procedure codes most often used are 90791 (Intake), 96136/96137 (Psychological Testing, Administration/Scoring) and 96130/96131 (Psychological Test Evaluation Services for professional time spent on data analysis, discussion, report writing, etc.).
